My first blog!! How exciting... as soon as I finish this... it is on to face book... and then downloading my own music to my ipod. What a summer! I feel so accomplished.... it was just like CD's. I was the last freakin' person on earth to buy a CD player. Oh, and buying a computer. Same thing. In college, I had to show up for the "how to use windows" class. It was held before the first teaching technology class. Out of a class of 40 students, the only ones who showed up were me and an elderly woman who was taking this class because West Georgia offered the elderly free classes and she wanted to learn about computers. How embarrassing! "this is an icon... you can click on it..." "this is a search... try it..." And now, only 12 short years later, her I am making my very own blog... Wow.
Right now, I have my children and hubby put their songs on my ipod which equates to me having to wade through countless tunes of Adam's Johnny Cash freakin' music library or the girls unfortunate taste for Miley Cyrus. I eventually find a few good tunes, but to figure out how to choose music just for me, well, now we are talkin....
As far as face book.... I have heard it is like myspace which my girls both have, so surely if they can figure it out, so can I!
This blog sure was easy... I should have done this ages ago..... but there is no time like the present...
